Terms and Conditions — BrandOInfluence

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BrandOInfluence, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BrandOInfluence. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Platform Role

BrandOInfluence is a marketplace that facilitates connections between brands and influencers. We are not a party to any agreement made between brands and influencers, and we do not guarantee the outcome of any campaign or collaboration.

4. Payments

Payments between brands and influencers are processed via Stripe. Funds are held in escrow until the brand approves deliverables. BrandOInfluence may charge a platform fee as disclosed at the time of transaction.

5. Content

You are responsible for all content you submit to the platform. You must not submit content that infringes third-party rights, violates applicable laws, or violates the policies of any connected social media platform.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

BrandOInfluence is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
